Night off
I had a night off last night. I spent it at my friends house. I have not seen her since she moved house, so it was really nice.

Oh dear
My daughter is not in the good books at the moment. She took something that she should not have done, she broke one of my cups and she drew on all of the school photographs.

A very challenging day
Today might have started off well (the dentist appointment went well and I was out in time to go and collect the wee ones), but it ended up begin very challenging. In fact I have got a sore throat from shouting at the wee ones. I hope I never ever have a bad day like this again.
Wednesday 25th - Meeting with a friend
Today a friend that I met on the Internet came over. It was great to meet her and we went out the a witch shop nearby. I had a really nice time.

Overwhelmed
Today has been really stressful. I was supposed to get a lie in, but that was interrupted many time, so it was not a good one at all.
Then I had beddgin to wash and get dried in the same day, lice to treat and deal with a run away son. My youngest son decided that he would run off after nursery. The nursery staff could not see him at first (I was not happy that the other mothers did not even notice that he had run off and stop him) but after a while we all started to think that he had just decided to take himself home. The CCTV was checked and we saw that he went off and that he went into the park, so we knew that he took himself home. Thankfully he was found in the wood at the back of our home. But what a worry for us all. The head teacher talked to him. I really hope he never does anything like that again.

A better day
I have had a better day with the wee ones, well it did help that not only did I have a lie in but my step daughter also kept them entertained.
Though when I was dealing with them, I was doing a much better job. Especially when they were playing up. I only had a slip up at bed time, but I will keep working on it and I will improve.

Eek my mum and dad
Why is it that it organizing the trip to my mum and dads is so stressful. I will be glad when it is over and we are back home.

So, so stressed
I have been so stressed today.
It started off when I did not have much luck looking for a train ticket to visit my mum at some point.
Then the water man didi not come out. I went to get the twins and of course because I am stressed, they start to play up. thankfully though a man from the water board came out and after an initial worry about getting the air bubble shifted, we got the water going.
This was short lived as after one wash load, it stopped working again.
Also with it being a Wednesday I could not go and get the prescription as the doctors shut half day.
Then once my eldest was home they all really started playing up.
I did however manage to make the soup I had planned and after being told off for messing around at dinner, they did eat all of their soup.
It was the bath time that I had the next challenge. I was getting some rubbish for the bin as they go out tomorrow and when I got back in there was a big flood in the bathroom. They all got shouted at and evicted from the bath. Thankfully they knew that they had taken it too far and were so much better after that. I just wish they could have done that without shouting at them. My throat still feels funny after doing it.

Getting better
Thankfully after my son emptied his stomach, he was not sick again. I stayed in the living room with him and after a while I went to sleep.
Sadly our water has still not been fixed and I missed the man from the water board when I went to collect my eldest from school. Thankfully though they sent someone out in the evening and he arranged for the man to come around tomorrow morning. Hopefully they will be able to get the water fixed, as I really need to use the washing machine.

Feeling down
Even though I had a lie in today I did not feel that good for it.
It did not help that my partner did not take the wee ones to his mums house yesterday. He also did not manage it today. I know I should not have become reliant on the break that I get at the weekend, but I have.
At least my partner will be doing the school run in the morning, so I will not have to rush out. I will be getting up earlier, so I can take advantage and get working on the bedroom, as it is a mess.
The water board will be coming out to fix the water problem that we have, so I will need to clean the bathroom and the hall.

Delicing
Yesterday I spent over three hours delicing.
It was three hours for the wee ones and then the rest of the time for me. Thankfully I have not found anything on me, but it is better to make sure. It is in fact the first time that I have washed the hair on my head. I had not washed the new hair that had grown after I had shaved it off. It looks fluffy, so it will take a while before it settles down again.

School photo and lice
Yesterday was the school photo day. That went well once they were in, but they did not really behave well while we were waiting. I think I need to have paper and crayons with me everywhere I go.
Then today I discovered that we have got the thing that I have been expecting to get for a while. Head live. I have been a bit itchy recently and at the nursery they said that the twins have been scratching a lot. I then discovered it on my eldest son when the twins had gone to sleep.
Thankfully my partners mother was able to take me to get some stuff for them. I was going to get up early and treat them before getting them off to school, but I think it will take me a while to get them all done, so I have decided that I will keep them off school while I treat them. I can deal with them one at a time. Hopefully it will not take too long to get them treated. It is really expensive getting stuff for their hair.
I am going to make sure that I brush their hair every day after they get home from school.

Nice walk in the woods
After my lie in this morning, I decided to go for a walk in the wood. I managed to get some nice shots as well.
When I got back home I decided to take the wee ones around as well. The waether had turned sunny so it was good for them to get out.

Very tired
I ended up going to bed late last night after I decided that I would clean the living rom and the kitchen. Today I spent most of the day cleaning. I am so tired though.
It was worth it though, the place it looking much nicer.
I do however wish that we had visitors more often as I think it would motivate me to keep the place looking clean.

Shopping
I was so tired last night that I went to bed really early for a lie in day. I was in bed for 12.30 and the lights were out by just gone 1.
That meant that I was able to get up at 10 which is early for a lie in day and so I did not have to rush about so much.
I was on a budget, but most of it was for the food shop. I got all of the things that I needed and the only thing I had to do at the poundshop was up the budget a wee bit as there was some good things there. I know I have said this before but I do love that shop.
