Happy Christmas
Happy Christmas.
Today started for me at midnight when I was watching Santa online
I ended up watching where Santa went until 3.30 when I dragged myself to bed (I had seen him leave the Amazon rainforest.
That meant that I was tired when I woke up in the morning. I had took some films through so that when the wee ones woke up they could watch a DVD in our bedroom until a better time. It was 8 when we got up.
The morning was loud and the wee ones were so excited. I was not as cranky as I was yesterday, but I was not doing as well as I would have liked. I do love watching the track Santa, it is a shame that I was not only not able to see all of it, but due to the amount that I did see I was tired as a result.
Thankfully by the afternoon not only had I woken up, but the wee ones had calmed down after their initial excitiment (hehe it also helped that they did not ask for any of the chocolate that they had been given)
In the late afternoon we acutaly had family visiting. It is really unusual to get visitors. My youngest son did play up at one point but we were able to get him to calm down.
I am really happy with how the day has gone though.

It is the day before Christmas
and oh my goodness I have been a crabbit thing today...oops.
It started as soon as I woke up. It then carried on. There was times when I felt fine, however the crabbit monster was not long in coming back. The crabbit monster was very easy to bait as well.
I certainly was not impressed when one of my Baileys mugs got smashed. I had a look on the Internet and there are none for sale at the moment. I will keep looking.
Thankfully I was feeling much better by the time that the wee ones went to bed, and once I had follopwed Santa online, I got all of the presents sorted out (After cleaning for a long time)
Now I am ready for tomorrow (I just wish that I could get more sleep than what I am going to get)

Happy Winter Solstice
Happy Winter Solstice
I have had a lovely day with the wee ones. There was wobbly moments along the way, but mostly it went well.
It was nice to keep the wee ones off school to be able to celebrate this day properly.
In the morning we decorated pine cones, tree bard and leaves that I had collected (with some help from the wee ones) in early autumn.
After lunch we then went for a walk around the wood at the back of our home.
In the late afternoon we hung food on the tree in our front garden for the birds (like how we saw the characters do in the Litte Bear cartoon when they celebrated the Winter Solstice)
It was lovely to spend some quality time with them. Especially as we were doing nice stuff together.
I would love to create happy memories for them.

Better now
Thankfully it did not take too long for the sickness but to pass. It took me about a week to catch up with the washing.
I am worried about my eldest son at the moment. He really is not doing well at the moment. He acts really silly and he does not have much self esteem. I have asked the school to get a school psychologist to have a look at him.
I think I will also look online to see what I can do.

Younges son not well
The last couple of nights my youngest son has not bee well. He has been coughing lots.
Yesterday I decided that I should take him to the doctors. I managed to get an appointment for the doctors in the morning (I was really pleased that I was able to get one so quickly) she said that while the cough should naturally go away she prescribed antibiotics as due to his breathing problems she did not want for it to get worse.
Hopefuly toight will be better. I have been giving him his inhaler as well as the medicine.
It was not that long ago that he had a sickness bug (Just over a week ago) ah well it is that time of the year for bugs to go around.
