Tuesday 3rd October – Biting getting worse but on the plus side his manners are so funky

The nightshift did not go too badly. Wolfie woke at 5.30 though. Decided to take the Sith mummy approach. I read to him for a little and as he did not settle I left him. He managed to fall asleep again and we got a very funky lie in till 9am.

Devil boy got Wolfies breakfast while I sorted the twins out. I just pottered about in the morning, getting jobs done and browsing the Internet.

I then went out to get my hair cut. A new hairdressers has opened at the end of our road so I thought it would be funky to get my hair cut.. I needed to have quite a bit cut off but it needed it. My hair looks fab now. I booked another appointment in 8 weeks time to get my hair trimmed again. I am determined to get my hair cut regularly as I think it will make it look really nice.

As it did not take long I went out to the next town to get some shopping done. I managed to order the DVD Lord of the ring trivial pursuit game for a really good price. I have saved £25. I have to go and collect it on Friday.

I got a few other things that we needed and I got three pairs of trousers for Wolfie as he is growing out of some of his older trousers now. They are a little too big for him at the moment but he will soon grow into them.

The rest of the afternoon went well apart from Wolfie biting the twins several times. He has bitten them hard and has really hurt them. I am going to read up soon how to deal with him. Also I am trying to get him to play in his room. He mainly stays in the living room, which is mostly fine but at times I need for him to go in his room but even though nearly all of his toys are there he will not play in his room.

On the good side though his manners are lovely at the moment. He says please lots and says thank you most of the time. On the times that he [asses things to you and you say thank you to him he will answer ‘you’re welcome’ I think it is so cute.

The night went well. I relaxed and played on the computer or a bit before cleaning up for a bit. I also managed to look at as many pictures of the Isle of Skye as I could.
