And early to bed, makes a person healthy, weathy and wise.
I think i should be following that rather than following the late to bed, early to rise, which of course makes me rough feeling, cranky and tired.
Ooh I really do feel tired today. I really, really must get to bed early tonight. I have got into a rut though and when it is night time it does not take long before it is a silly time and then I have still got jobs to do before I crash.
I think it would help if I set myself a time limit when I have to be off the computer.
