When I woke this morning I did not feel great. My voice did not sound good and I needed to take a Lemsip. Thankfully though I felt better quickly...which was a good job after what happened.
I was busy getting a job done when my daughter started moaning at me. I was not sure of what she was saying as I was not really listening to her. When I did listen to her I realized that she had manged to not only put a piece of Lego up her nose but it was now stuck there (not a wise thing to do...bless her)
She was not a happy bunny about that (not surprisingly enough. I tried to get her to blow it out into a tissue but that did not work. I then phoned NHS 247 as I did not want to put something up her nose. They advised me to take her to the hospital.
We were waiting to take her down when I decided to show my partner what she had done. I noticed that the Lego piece was not that far up and after a quick dash to the shop I got a pair of tweezers and managed to get it out.
Bless my wee one as she was so happy that it was out that she was making little excited noises. Hopefully she will not do that again.
