I have been so busy today. I got up with the wee ones so that my partner could get a lie in on his day off.
During the day was not that busy it was at night that I have been busy editing the pictures from my friends wedding. I really hope that I am able to get them done by Thursday.
Though I am very proud of myself. I really am going to have to keep up the meditation. I really do feel so much calmer today after meditating. Even when my eldest really played up at bedtime (and he really did play up) I just raised my voice when I was beginning to struggle but I did not strike out and I did not lose my temper.
He got himself into a terrible state though at the end. I managed to calm him down but I just wish that he would have listened to me in the first place. Hopefully tomorrow night will go better.
