Feeling a bit down

I am not sure what has been the matter with me today, but my mood has been a bit up and down. It is doing well at the moment thankfully.

I have struggled throughout the day at points.

If only I could identify what is causing it, then I could do something to hopefully prevent it from happening.

My boys seem to be getting cheekier and cheekier by the day. Well not cheeky...rude. I will have to make sure that I do something about that. It is not very nice to be spoken to the way they are speaking to me at the moment and I am not going to tolerate it any more.
