The night shift went well. I needed to have Malach alongside me tonight, as I could not stay up too late. We were having an early start so we could get the twins registered. I managed to read some of the Star Wars book to them though.
They slept really well and they both woke up at between 6 and 7 for a feed and then again when I got up in the morning.
I got them changed and fed and Devil boy got Wolfie ready so we could get the twins registered. We got there on time and got the twins registered with no problems. We are late getting them registered but at least we have managed to get it done. The registrar smiled when she found out that the twins were born in different towns and that Malach was born on the garden path.
Wolfie was really good while we got them registered and watched what the lady was doing. At one point we put him on the floor and he picked up a card and put in the printer like how the registrar had done. I thought that was really funky as it is nice seeing how well he is picking up things.
The twins slept all the way through being registered and they were still asleep when we got home. I was able to get the shelves near the cooker cleaned. I have wanted to get that done for ages. I was also able to sort out what was on the shelves. I now know what cooking ingredients that I have and where they are. I still need to order some things but I will get them in the next few days. I am looking forward to being able to cooking Wolfie funky food.
Devil boy’s daughter came over in the afternoon and the household became a mad house for a few hours. Wolfie has now started saying Devil boys daughters name which is very funky.
My brother phoned later on and we had a good chat. He was asking about what to get Wolfie for his birthday and he mentioned getting a Thomas the tank engine DVD but I managed to put him off that, as I really do not like Thomas the tank engine. He laughed and said that the present was not for me but I managed to win when I said that as I would be watching the DVD with him I would only want something that I would enjoy as well.
Wolfie settled off to sleep really nicely and after I fed, winded and changed the twins I decided to have a soak in the bath as I really felt like I needed it. After I got out I went and browsed the Internet. There was a really funky message on the Internet from the friends that I chat to which really made me feel funky.
When I changed Elbereth I noticed that her rash is beginning to improve so hopefully it will clear up soon. Though it does look like they are getting oral thrush now. Thankfully it is easy to threat.
I also ordered Devil boy’s daughter a copy of Harry Potter and the philosopher’s stone. She really likes the film and when I mentioned it to Devil boy about getting the books for her birthday he told me that she had mentioned that she would like to read the books. When I asked her if she would lie to read the books she said that she would so I decided to order the first book now and see how she gets on with it. It will be good for her to read the book.
I then managed to play a really silly computer game for a change and just relax while feeding. Though playing the game has made me lose track of the time and I need to rush about to get ready for bed ready for the night shift.
I am hoping that they settle off soon though as I am really beginning to feel tired.
