This morning when I was taking the younglings to nursery and school. I saw a can in the play park and I decided to pick it up and put it in the recycle bank next to where the nursery is. I picked it up but when I was getting back over the wire fence I caught my foot on the fence and fell on the floor.
It really hurt. I scrapped my knee and bashed my hands. What really did warm me though was how my younglings acted. They all rushed over and asked if I was all right. You could really hear the concern in their voices. I was so touched to see them being so caring (even though I was in a lot of pain at the time) my daughter even kissed my knee better for me.
It made me feel so proud of them to see them act like that.
I did not get a great sleep last night so I was very tired today. I was able to get a nap in the afternoon and that really helped me feel better. Thankfully my partner had a half day so I did not have to take the twins when I went out to get my eldest from school.
I have managed to find my eldest sons new cat. It had accidentally put in the washing machine. It did need washing as my daughter accidentally dropped him on a muddy road. He was only slightly damp so my son was able to take him to bed with him. He would not settle off without him. I think it is so sweet how he has taken to plush toys. I am glad as it will hopefully help him with his nighttime fears.
