Not only has not only not been delivered, but it has not been sent out.
I got in touch with the seller and asked recently about what had happened. I got a reply saying that they'd had a computer problem and not seen my order and they asked if I still wanted the costume. I asked my son if he still wanted it and if he would accept that he would have to wear it next year. He was not happy about it at first, but thankfully after a while he was happy to wear the alternative costume for tomorrow and was happy enough to accept that he will have to wait until book day next year before he gets to wear it.
I got myself some more free books for my PC kindle. I think it is great. I am looking forward to getting a proper Kindle at some point.
