lie in

Though it was not the best one that I could have had. I do feel more refreshed. I was disturbed a few times in the morning, I was more annoyed with my partner for not stopping the wee ones from coming through. However he has said that he might get up with them and while I will not have a lie in, it will be nice to have a morning off the school run.

I have been a busy bunny today cleaning up. I seem to do nothing but clean that kitchen, but it still is not as clean as I would like it to be.

Yesterday I noticed that the British Red Cross are running an appeal on behalf of the Japanese Red Cross. I gave them £5. I hope that is able to help a bit. I think I will give some more next week as well. I just wish that there was more that I could do other than donating money. I feel so helpless here and so far away from where the trouble is.
