Wednesday 27th September – My funky new pram arrived

The night shift went well and even though I went to bed later than I had planned I felt funky.

I managed to get the younglings ready to take to the baby and toddler group. The group did not go well though. The twins were over tired and unsettled. The other boy three kept pestering them as well and he was running about screaming which was annoying me.

The group finished earlier than normal thankfully though and I went to Devil boys grandmas house. That went well thankfully and I stayed there for a bit before coming home and getting the younglings their lunch.

My funky new buggy had arrived when I got home. I managed to put it together without any problems (I needed to borrow a hammer from the lat above though for one part) the pram looks wonderful and it is great to have such a narrow one for the twins. I am going to see about sorting the other pram out ready to sell. I unfortunately had to order a rain cover for the pram, as it has not come with one.

I took the twins out in their funky new buggy in the afternoon for a test drive. It is so much easier to get out and about with it and I am so happy that I have got it. It will make the trip down to Derby so much easier. There is a funky shopping tray with it, which will be able to fit a lot in it.

When I was out I called in the shop. I was able to get around it with no problems. That is much better than when I went in before and was not able to get about. After I got what I needed I visited my friend for a bit. She gave me a rain cover for the pram as it had unfortunately not come with one. Thought that was so funky of her to do that. This meant that I had to somehow cancel the order that I had made earlier.

When I got home we had some dinner and after Devil boy’s daughter went home I cleaned Wolfies room, bathed him and put him to bed. He settled off with no problems.

The night went well but I was so busy all night. I did remember to book my train tickets to go to Derby. As I had booked them in advance the price for them was good. I paid for a seat for Wolfie though as I do not want him to sit on my knee the whole time. I will leave the twins in their buggy. I am not too happy with Virgin though as they do not have any room on their trains for a buggy to be placed. I made a suggestion for them to make a buggy area. I will have to put the buggy in the disabled section and hope that I will not have to move. I cannot understand why they cannot make a little room for buggies though.

I managed to get to bed though before it was too late and I managed to get some time to rest. I am not managing to get any time put aside for my collages so I am going to have to sort that out soon.
