I must confess that I am so glad that it is the end of the week. This last fortnight has been a really long one. It is going to be so good next week when I will be able to leave the twins home in the afternoon while my partner has a week off college. It will help me so much. Another thing that will help is that I will not have to rush out to the shops in the morning.
The day went pretty well. My new shopping trolley arrived. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet but I am sure that it will not be too long before I do. My daughter also really likes my shopping trolley. She was playing with it. I will have to see if there are any shopping trolleys for wee ones.
I had a night off tonight. My step daughter stayed at my partners mum and dad's house and my partner went to his friends house for the night. I do appreciate the times when I get a night of peace to relax. He was celebrating passing his dry stone diking course. He did really well in it was in the top of his class. I think it is great for his confidence to do so well.. He could not mark his work but the teacher wanted him to know how well he had done.
