Friday 26th

Today has been an eventful day.

My partner went to the council office to see if there was anything that they could do about helping us get a new home. He then told him quite a shocking thing. He told us that it is on record saying that he were not refused the house that we wanted but we rejected the house. Both he and I are not very happy about that at all. We are very mad about it and there are only so many times that you can refuse a property. It is also a lie as well.

He did not seem happy about that at all as well and said that there was something that did not sound right about it. My partner is going to have a word with the woman at the office who dealt with it at the time and find out why we have been put down as refusing the property.

He did say to me that this guy seemed to be very helpful. I really hope that he is able to do something to help us. We really need to get out of this home.

My partner also called the environmental health to tell them about the damp problem. they are coming around on Tuesday morning to have a look at the problem.

We will have to get the place gutted by then as there is no way that I want them to see it as it is. I have made a good start by clearing out out bedroom. I bagged a lot of stuff and put it in the shed and I gave the place a good hover. It looks so much better.

Though the sensitive neighbors were not happy. They were banging down like they thought they were in the riverdance. I think it is a very rude thing to do. I was doing my best to make sure that I did not make too much noise and I did not think I was being too noisy.

Bless my youngest son this afternoon. It was pouring down when I went out in the afternoon and he put his ams out of his sleeves but still inside his jacket. He fell over and of course has nothing to protect his fall. He bashed his face but I was thankfully able to get him cleaned up at the nursery. I was thankful that there was not too much damage done as well.
