Today has been a very hot day, the night is not much cooler either. It also does not help that as my step daughter is spending the night we will be in the living room where it is much warmer than in the bedroom.
The younglings got up really early today. I let them go on the computer early as it gave me the chance to get a nap in the morning and I did need that. I went to bed later than intended but when I went to bed I struggled to get to sleep.
My parter was not able to take the wee ones to his mums house so instead I asked him if e could take them out for a walk. It gave me chance to get some cleaning up and have a little bit of peace.
I managed to get the soundtrack for the computer game Tropico 3. I need to get the names of the tracks but it is good to have them to listen to.
The younglings got into trouble today for squirting salad cream in the garden and touching things that they should not. I will be so glad when I can tell them not to touch and they do it and keep away from it. I will have to see what I can do about it.
M new Star Wars book arrived. I am looking forward to reading it.
