When I got up in the morning i noticed that there was a mouse in the trap. I got the younglings ready quickly and got down the road with them all to get to the release spot. It was strange when I got there. As I was walking back from releasing the mouse, I had stopped to take some pictures when two lads walked past separately. One had a a duvet under his arm. They must have stayed out overnight drinking Buckfast and smoking.
The rest of the day went well. I have not been good for letting myself get wound up and raising my voice. I have also been swearing a lot over the last few days. I need to get off the computer during the day. The main problem has come from me typing up the story that i have been writing. I need to concentrate on typing when I am doing that and I have been getting annoyed when that has been broken. I knew that it was not wise but I still did it. I should have accepted the consequences of my decision. It shows me that I still have a lot of work to do on remaining calm. I am getting tired of being short tempered. It does not feel nice when I get mad so I have to stop it.
The one positive thing is that I have finished typing up my story. I will be getting onto editing that so I will need to print it out. But at least the main part of the typing is done so I will stay off the computer so that I can get the housework done and not get so wound up at the younglings.
I spoke to my partner tonight. He is feeling bad as he has spent all of his money. He was trying to keep up with the others who obviously went with more money. I told him that they'd had more time to prepare and save up for the trip. He does need to try to stop feeling bad for not having as much money as the others. He also needs to be more careful with the money that he has got. He is at the hippy commune so at least he will not need to spend any more money for the rest of the trip.
I did catch another mouse tonight. As the younglings were still in bed I just ran to the end of the street and released it in the field that is there.
