Cooler day

The weather has been cooler today. I did think that there would be more rain, but I am not complaining. There were some showers during the day but nothing while I was out.

It felt pretty warm when the sun was out though but it has not felt as close as it did yesterday. I think the showers that we have had during the day have helped clear the air.

The younglings have managed to break something else today. They have broken a computer game disc. Though recently a lot of things have been happening while I have not been there and my partner has been in change of them. He sadly gets on his computer and does not pay enough attention to the younglings. He needs to spend less time on the computer. I have been doing that and I have noticed a positive effect.

He really does have to remain vigilant as my computer really is a blind spot. The younglings can hide there and not be easily seen from my partners computer. Though it does not help that once he is browsing the computer his attention is solely focused on what he is reading rather than where it should be.

I know that the younglings should be able to know that they should not be touching some things and that they should not be so rough. They do need to learn this, but they will only learn with the effort from both of us. That takes vigilance, consistency and discipline. And of course not giving up.
