Wolfie woke up at nearly 6 this morning and I brought him through with us. He slept until 8.30 and I got up at 9.30 to make his breakfast.
I took him out to the shop and I decided to try him for a nap as he was actually showing signs of tiredness. I managed to get him off to sleep today. It would have probably been a longer nap as well if it had not have been for some people racing about on the lay park on mini motorbikes. I am thinking about complaining about them, as it is a play park and not a race circuit. It really makes me mad when I see people in the park on their quads etc.
I was going to call up the antenatal unit at the maternity centre where I am booked to have the twins as since last night I have been getting bits of a clear show. I know that this time the show does not mean that I will go into labour any moment now but it does mean that something will happen in the next few weeks.
I chickened out of phoning them, as it did not seem worth bothering them with. I will see what happens in the next 24 hours and as I am going in for my 36 week scan this Friday with an follow up midwife appointment I will mention it then.
Devil boy has been brilliant with Woilfie today. He has spent lots of time with him, which has given me the opportunity to get some things organised. I was able to put away all of Bambinas clothes and sort through the toys as well as moving toys that are Wolfies into his room. E does not usually spend much time there so I am trying to encourage him to use it more often. Thankfully so far toady he has been spending time in there and I am going to move more things in and put up his growth chart. I do not want to ban him form the twins room but I would like him to realise that the twin’s room is no longer his playroom but his playroom has now been moved to be in his bedroom as well.
Seeing the clear show has made me determined to get the nursery sorted though. I have worked really hard on the back room (well like a mad woman or a woman possessed) I have cleared out all of the things that should not be there so that if I do happen to go into labour tin the next few days they have somewhere to sleep. I will leave the wallpaper until a time when I can get it done. I think the most important thing was to get the most important part of it ready (I will take photos of the nursery after I have posted this and then edit them in) I have some hovering to do but that can wait until tomorrow, as I do not want to disturb Wolfie.
I then cleared the hall of the things that I moved out of the nursery and then I cleaned the kitchen a little and cleaned and hovered the living room.
All I have to do now is take photos of the nursery, get the bed ready and crash as I am really getting shattered now.
