Lovely lie in

Ooh I had a lovely lie in this morning. I slept until 11.30 and then after that I finished off reading the 39 steps. I enjoyed the book so much that I will be buying it. I will also be buying it for my dad to go along with his very belated birthday present. I need to get a present for my friend as well, I might get her a copy of the book as well.

The younglings have been acting up as well. I think that is the chocolate having an effect on them. They did not have excessive amounts but they must have had enough to have had an effect. My partner was also very cranky when I came through in the morning.

I have been clearing a space for our new fridge/freezer that will be arriving tomorrow. There is not enough room in the kitchen for it so it will have to go in the living room. I have moved the book cases and there will be enough room there for it. I have moved a few other things around and cleared some more stuff from my partners desk. I also did some cleaning in the kitchen. I really need to make sure that I maintain the hard work that I did last week and it is so lovely seeing the flat look better. I still have some things to move for where the fridge/freezer but I will be able to get that done before I crash. I will need to clean the old fridge in the morning though. They will be taking that away to recycle.

I do hope that the run of things breaking has come to an end. The small lens for my camera broke today. I have had to order a new one. I have taken a gamble and ordered a used one. It comes with a UV filter so I thought that it was good value.

I managed to complete the Star Wars game tonight. The last level was not as bad at I thought. Though I did make a mistake and I killed Lord Vader and that meant that I became his apprentice. I was not expecting that ending. I got given the option to start the game again but retain my powers and the different things that had unlocked. I decided to do that. The first level was so much easier with my maxed out force lightening. I am surprised how much I am enjoying this game and of course the more that I play it the better at it I am becoming.
