I have been really tired today. Though that was my fault, I stayed up too late last night. Though at some points I did not feel too bad but I am really looking forward to my lie in tomorrow morning. It will not be the longest lie in as my partner will be going fishing tomorrow.
My partner did take the younglings over to his mum and dad house. I was just relaxing and browsing the Internet before getting ready to get some housework done when they came back a lot earlier than I had expected. Sadly his mum and dad were stuck out after his mums car broke down so he was not able to stay there for long. It was a shame that I did not get much time but at least I did have some time. I did have to rush out to the shops to get something to eat for dinner though.
In the early evening I was feeling exhausted but as the evening passed I got some energy back and by the end I was able to read for a bit. I discovered the mouse in our bedroom but as my step daughter was going to bed I did not get the chance to hunt it. I will keep having a go as we do need to catch that mouse. I do need to clear the clothes pile in the bedroom.
Something did surprise me in the night. I was reading when I heard a noise in the hall. I thought it was my eldest son eventually starting to take himself to the toilet in the night but it was not. It was in fact my youngest son. I think it is great that he has done that. It would be nice to be able to take off his night time nappy. I think he is about ready.
